About the One

The JENA Labs Model One is a power conditioner integrated into an AC power cord, rather than a conventional multi-outlet conditioner. It is the company's oldest power-conditioner design and has undergone four major design evolutions. The Model One.3 incorporated higher-value certified Vishay capacitors, improved Mosorb transient-voltage protection, an upgraded 15- or 20-amp circuit breaker, a black Hubbell 120 V NEMA plug, an 11-wire input configuration, and Interpower IEC connectors. The final Model One.4 revision introduced a redesigned main board and increased total capacitance from approximately 1.3 µF to 3.1 µF. JENA Labs also describes extensive cryogenic treatment and high-grade components. Earlier versions can be traded in or upgraded with a replacement main board, and reconditioned units have been offered.
