About the Offrande Supreme V2
The Jean Marie Reynaud Offrande Supreme V2 is a two-way high-end loudspeaker system featuring a transmission line bass design that extends down to 30-35 Hz, delivering clean and tuneful bass with a toe-tapping quality. It has a sensitivity of approximately 90-91 dB/W/M and an impedance of 8 ohms (minimum 6 ohms), making it relatively easy to drive. The speakers are known for their warm, clear, detailed, and dynamic sound with excellent imaging and a large soundstage. The design includes twin 6.5" woofers and ribbon tweeters placed atop the cabinets for less directivity and a larger sweet spot. The cabinets are constructed with a sandwich structure of solid beech wood, finished in cherry-stained beech or natural veneer. The speakers come with matching sturdy wooden stands that bolt to the speakers. They are praised for their tonal richness, neutrality, and ability to reveal recordings without harshness or brightness. The Offrande Supreme V2 was discontinued due to increased manufacturing costs but remains highly regarded and sought after in the audiophile community.
