The JAYS AUDIO CDT-3 MKII is a premium CD transport that features a tuned CDPRO2-LF mechanism, ensuring precise disc playback. It includes an oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) for stable clocking, a multistage super regulator with boutique-grade capacitors, and Talema encapsulated transformers for robust power supply. The transport supports Redbook CD, CDR, and CDR/W formats and offers native/upsampling configurations at 44.1kHz and 176.4kHz via a toggle switch. It provides digital outputs in i2s LVDS format, along with a scientific digital output isolation transformer for clean signal transmission. The build quality is exceptional, with a focus on durability and high-end components.
