About the EOS
The Ideon Audio EOS DAC delivers reference-level audio performance by incorporating breakthrough technologies from Ideon's flagship Absolute and IΩN series. It features a proprietary Triple Distillation USB input that eliminates digital noise, a HyperStream 8-channel architecture, and a cutting-edge analog stage with symmetrical ultra-low noise power supplies. The DAC uses quad current output and direct-coupled outputs free from capacitors for enhanced sonic precision. Equipped with three ultra-low jitter femto clocks with dedicated power supplies, it ensures perfect phase and minimal jitter for a detailed soundstage. The modular design allows future upgrades, and a multistage low-noise power supply with high-quality regulators and ultra-low ESR capacitors ensures clean power delivery. It supports PCM from 44.1kHz to 384kHz up to 32 bits and native DSD up to 8X. Outputs include balanced XLR and RCA with very low distortion and high channel separation. The EOS DAC weighs 10kg and measures 460 x 295 x 110 mm.
