About the M3X2 Isolation Base

The Harmonic Resolution Systems M3X2 Isolation Base is the latest generation of reference-level isolation bases, developed over more than a decade to achieve peak audio system performance. It is constructed from over 70 parts and six different materials, including two proprietary polymers, billet-machined aircraft aluminum housing, and polished black granite, to optimize stiffness, geometry, mass, energy dissipation, and mechanical impedance. Features a finely polished black granite contact plate with two custom resonance control stages inside the aluminum frame, finished with HRS black anodize coating for cosmetic elegance and scratch resistance. Low-profile 3-inch height design minimizes space requirements. Available in standard and custom sizes with adjustable footer options (SF Broadband Isolation Feet: 20 Hz-40 kHz; LF Low Frequency Feet: 10 Hz-40 kHz; G7 Bi-Directional) to optimize for different components like amplifiers, DACs, turntables. Load ranges: RD (0-30 lbs / 0-14 kg), GN (30-60 lbs / 13-27 kg), BL (60-120 lbs / 27-54 kg), Custom (up to 400+ lbs / 182+ kg).
