Herbie's Fat Dots are specially formulated vibration isolation pads made from a firm yet loosely crosslinked material designed specifically to block mechanical soundwave energies. They provide excellent lateral stability and grip on surfaces due to their wide footprint. Fat Dots are not weight-specific and can support and isolate from 5 to over 200 pounds depending on size. They are ideal for floor-standing speakers, monitors, loudspeaker and stand decoupling, module decoupling, subwoofers, electrostatics, amplifier platforms, and equipment racks. Various sizes are available including Small, Square, Big, X-Large, and Giant, with overlapping capacities allowing mixing and stacking for unique applications. Adhesive versions are also available for more secure placement. Fat Dots are sold individually and are widely praised for improving bass clarity, sound staging, and reducing vibration-induced distortion in audio systems.
