The GSG Audio GSG Devastator MkII is a very high-output 21-inch ported-horn subwoofer enclosure designed for home-theater and high-SPL music systems. It uses a fifth-order bandpass / ported-horn alignment with a 19 Hz ported-section tuning and approximately 90 Hz horn-section maximum-efficiency point. The enclosure is available as an unfinished Baltic-birch flat pack, a finished passive subwoofer, or a finished powered version with an integrated 4,000-watt plate amplifier. The passive enclosure requires a separately purchased 21-inch professional subwoofer driver and external amplifier. GSG specifies output above 133 dB at 80 Hz, with short-term burst capability approximately 3 dB higher. The model is currently listed by GSG Audio, so it does not appear to be discontinued.
