The GR Research Triple Threat Kit is a modular, DIY triple-servo subwoofer system intended for high-output, low-distortion bass reproduction. The current GR Research listing describes a single-subwoofer kit that can be configured with three forward-facing woofers or with two forward-facing and one rear-facing woofer. It is offered in an H-frame cabinet design and may be used as a single mono subwoofer or as a stereo pair. The kit includes the subwoofer electronics, drivers, cabinet-related components, and 14-gauge high-purity copper internal wiring; cabinet flatpacks are available as part of the product configuration. The amplifier may be mounted separately and connected through a Neutrik four-pole cable connector. The product is currently listed by GR Research, so it does not appear to be discontinued.
