About the PH-10

The PH 10 is an ultra-versatile, fully analog phono preamplifier designed for both moving magnet (MM) and moving coil (MC) cartridges. It features two separate RCA inputs, each configurable independently for MM or MC cartridges, allowing connection of two tonearms with saved memory settings. The unit offers nine selectable cartridge loading options (10Ω to 47kΩ) and four gain settings (-3dB, 0dB, +3dB, +6dB) for precise matching to any cartridge output level. It supports six equalization curves including RIAA, Decca London, American CBS Columbia, plus enhanced proprietary curves inspired by the Neumann Cutting Lathe for superior dynamics and extended frequency response up to 50kHz. Control is via a unique Single Knob Control (SKC) combined with a 2.8" color TFT display, allowing real-time adjustments during playback without interrupting music. Outputs include balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA connectors. The PH 10 is constructed with high-quality discrete audio-grade components and sealed switches to minimize signal path length and noise. It is compatible with the optional PSU-10 external power supply for improved signal-to-noise ratio and performance. Available finishes include Black, Silver, and Gold.
