About the Phi5

The GamuT Audio Phi5 is the smallest floorstanding speaker in the Phi series, designed using proprietary technology from GamuT's L-series. It features a 3-way bass-reflex design with three 5.5" woofers and a 25mm dual concentric ring radiator tweeter, delivering a frequency response of 42 Hz to 40 kHz and an impedance of 4 ohms. The speaker includes Auto Aligning Feet with a twistable knob to eliminate resonances between the speaker and floor, enhancing sound clarity. The enclosure is made from laminated, form-pressed real Ash wood veneer, heavily braced internally for optimal impulse response, and hand-treated with proprietary organic oils. The Phi5 offers a smooth, dynamic, and coherent sound with excellent 3D imaging and resolution, suitable for 2-channel or surround sound setups. Dimensions are approximately 170 mm (W) x 1050 mm (H) x 270 mm (D), weighing 19 kg per speaker. It is available in white or black finishes and comes with a 2-year warranty. The Phi5 MKII version improves on the original with upgraded filters, magnetically shielded front, and refined design details. Pricing is around 19,990 SEK (~ approximate retail), sold as pairs.
