The Furutech Flow-28 NCF Inline Power Filter is positioned between a power cable and the AC inlet of audio components to significantly reduce high-frequency noise and suppress vibrations transmitted through the power line, resulting in cleaner, more stable power and improved sonic clarity. Introduced in 2025, it incorporates Furutech's proprietary Nano Crystal² Formula (NCF) technology, which generates negative ions to eliminate static and converts thermal energy into far infrared for heat dissipation, combined with nano-sized ceramic particles and carbon powder for piezoelectric damping. The filter features advanced EMI suppression via the AC-1501R system, blocks external noise and vibration, and prevents internally generated noise from contaminating the system. It uses rhodium-plated α (Alpha) nonmagnetic FI-28 NCF(R) IEC connector, special passive GC-303 EMI filtering material, and a vibration-damped body made from nano-sized ceramic particles, powdered carbon, Nylon, and fiberglass.
