The Furutech NCF Clear Line-XLR (available in Male CF-601M (R) NCF and Female CF-602F (R) NCF versions) is a compact, passive plug-and-play device designed to optimize audio signal lines by plugging into unused XLR input or output ports on HiFi equipment like amplifiers, DACs, or preamps. It employs Furutech's proprietary Nano Crystal² Formula (NCF) material, which generates negative ions to eliminate static, provides piezoelectric damping, and suppresses resonance. Key benefits include lowered noise floor, improved signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), enhanced soundstage depth, focus, dynamics, transparency, and natural tonal balance without coloring the sound. The device features rhodium-plated alpha pure OCC copper conductor pins (one-piece construction for male), audio-grade hybrid ceramic capacitors for noise elimination, alpha cryogenic and demagnetization process on metal parts, and recommends 24+ hours settling for optimal performance.
