The Furutech CF-201-N1(R) is a premium spade connector designed for high-end audio applications, sold as a set of 2 pieces. It incorporates advanced materials including a one-piece α (Alpha) Pure Copper rhodium-plated center conductor for superior conductivity. A heat-resistant NCF (Nano Crystal² Formula) damping ring, formed with multi-compound resin incorporating Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP), nano-sized ceramic particles, and carbon powder, provides piezoelectric damping, eliminates static, interconverts thermal/mechanical/electrical energy, and reduces vibrations. This results in dramatic noise reduction, improved imaging, focus, sound staging, depth, harmonics, tonal balance, and cleaner low frequencies with better definition due to a lowered noise floor. The housing features a multilayer structure: outer hardened clear coating, hybrid NCF silver-plated 3K carbon fiber, and nonmagnetic stainless-steel housing. It undergoes Furutech’s Two-Stage Cryogenic and Demagnetization Alpha Process for stress-free, stable, highly conductive metal parts. Conductor wires are fixed by set screw (H2.0 week magnetic Ni-plated Copper alloy) or soldering, with a specially designed construction for stable contact. Includes knurling on end housing and insulation ring. Accessories: 2mm hex head screwdriver (H2.0) and hex socket set screws (M4x4).
