The Funk Firm FX3 Tonearm is a precision-engineered tonearm available in 9” and 12” lengths, designed to elevate the analogue listening experience with superior build quality and innovative F•X Cross Beam technology. This technology provides very low resonance and self-colouration, resulting in sound characterized by speed, layering finesse, fine resolution, and an uncommon naturalness. The FX3 features ABEC 7 bearings, high linearity falling-weight bias for optimal tracking and extended stylus life, straightforward azimuth adjustment, and a sleek lo-slung counterweight design. It offers a calibrated sliding weight for tracking force producing a variable mass design (9-13g effective mass) suitable for both MM and MC cartridges. The tonearm comes with high purity copper cabling as standard, with other options available. It is compatible with top-tier turntables such as Linn LP12, Michell Orbe, Technics 1200G and SP10, Roksan Xerxes, and Funk Firm Little Super Deck. The FX3 is recognized for its ability to reveal subtle musical details naturally and improve soundstage transparency.
