The Fluance SX6 bookshelf speakers deliver serious performance and natural sound with premium components including a 1 inch soft dome ferrofluid cooled tweeter and a 5 inch polymer treated woofer with butyl rubber surrounds for durability and reduced distortion. They feature a 2-way, 2-driver configuration with a frequency response of 60Hz to 20kHz and a sensitivity of 89±3dB at 2.83V/1m. The speakers have an 8 ohm impedance and power handling of 30 to 100 watts. The enclosure is a tuned rear port bass reflex design made from engineered MDF wood to reduce cabinet resonance, resulting in cleaner sound. Connectivity is via banana plugs and gold-plated binding post terminals. The SX6 speakers are suitable for front main or home theater surround sound use (external amplifier required) and come in a natural beech or walnut finish.
