About the BTR17

The FiiO BTR17 is a high-performance portable Bluetooth DAC and headphone amplifier designed for use as a wireless receiver, USB DAC, and desktop headphone amplifier. It combines dual ESS ES9069Q DACs, a Qualcomm QCC5181 Bluetooth 5.4 platform, an XMOS XU316 USB interface, and a four-channel fully balanced THX AAA 78+ amplifier circuit. It supports modern high-resolution Bluetooth codecs including LDAC and aptX Lossless, as well as USB playback up to 32-bit/768 kHz PCM, native DSD512, and full MQA decoding. A dedicated desktop mode, powered through a separate power input, raises balanced output to 650 mW per channel into 32 ohms. The unit includes a 1.3-inch color IPS display, physical volume control, parametric equalization, and both 3.5 mm single-ended and 4.4 mm balanced headphone outputs. FiiO currently lists the BTR17 as an active product, so it is not considered discontinued or no longer manufactured.
