About the E-Glo Petit

The E-Glo Petit is a high-end hybrid tube phono preamplifier with an ultra-slim design, serving as the smaller sibling to the award-winning E-Glo S. It features a fully discrete, OpAmp-less design delivering stunning dynamics, clear midrange, and high-resolution definition in a compact form factor. It uses two long-life 12AX7 dual triode vacuum tubes and a specially designed regulated power supply that keeps tubes warm for optimal performance throughout listening sessions. The input stage employs low-noise 2SK209J J-FET transistors in a quad cascode-parallel setup, achieving an exceptional signal-to-noise ratio of 87 dB (A-weighted). The unit supports both Moving Magnet (MM) and Moving Coil (MC) cartridges with adjustable input impedance and capacitance, precise RIAA equalization, switchable subsonic filter, and multiple gain settings. The chassis combines aluminum casing with wooden side panels for a retro aesthetic.
