The Esoteric Grandioso C1X Solo is the flagship preamplifier model from Esoteric, embodying the Grandioso trademark and representing the next generation of high-end audio preamplifiers. It features a carefully designed dual balanced circuit and a complete dual mono configuration with five independent power transformers for each circuit block, all housed in a single integrated chassis without compromising the original C1X's internal circuit design. The preamplifier includes a powerful buffer amplifier and power supply circuit to drive power amplifiers, and employs ES-LINK Analog current transmission technology to push fidelity limits. Mechanical design emphasizes vibration control with a semi-floating top panel and patented isolation feet, while volume and input selector knobs are machined from aluminum with precision bearing mechanisms for smooth, analog-like operation. The unit supports 3 inputs and 2 outputs of ES-LINK Analog, 2 XLR outputs, and features an ultra-fidelity attenuator system with 1,120 steps at 0.1dB intervals.
