About the Take LCR

The Energy Take LCR speaker features a magnetically shielded, 2-way bass reflex design with front venting, suitable for horizontal or vertical placement. It includes dual 3.5-inch elliptical surround woofers and a 1-inch chambered aluminum dome tweeter, delivering a frequency response of 75 Hz to 23 kHz with a power handling capacity of 15 to 135 watts RMS per channel. The speaker has an impedance of 8 ohms nominal and 4.5 ohms minimum, with a sensitivity of 88 to 91 dB. Its compact dimensions (12.5" H x 6.5" W x 4.25" D) and light weight (7.8 lbs / 3.5 kg) make it suitable for integration with modern flat panel displays. The Take LCR comes with an integrated adjustable wall/ceiling mounting system and a glass base for flexible placement. Available finishes include black, white, and silver. It was part of Energy's Take Series, designed to complement contemporary home theater setups and match the aesthetics of LCD, DLP, and plasma TVs.
