About the JSD S75

This low-output moving-coil reference cartridge belongs to EMT's Jubilee Stereo Diamond (JSD) reference line and is engineered for very high resolution with strong musicality. It uses a multi-facet, high-polish nude diamond stylus mounted on a white sapphire cantilever, coupled to an AlNiCo magnet system and a machined aluminium body with black anodized finish. The JSD S75 was introduced as the light-body reference model to mark EMT's 75th anniversary, denoted by the 'S75' suffix (sapphire cantilever, 75th anniversary). Electrical and mechanical parameters follow EMT's reference standard, including an output of about 1.05 mV (5 cm/s), internal impedance of 2x24 ohms, recommended load of 200-300 ohms, and a recommended tracking force of 2.4 g, with a frequency response rated 20-30,000 Hz (+/-2 dB) when correctly loaded.
