The EMT JSD 5 is a high-fidelity moving coil (MC) phono cartridge designed for audiophiles seeking the highest resolution and detail retrieval from vinyl records. It features a high polished Multi Radius (MR) diamond stylus with a boron cantilever, delivering precise tracking and minimal distortion. The cartridge body is made from naturally anodized aluminum with gold-plated AlNiCo magnets, ensuring durability and optimal magnetic performance. It has a vertical tracking angle of 23°, weighs 10 grams, and requires a tracking force of 2.4 grams. Output voltage is 1.05mV at 5cm/s, with a compliance of 12µm/mN, frequency response from 20Hz to 30kHz, and an impedance of 2 x 24Ω. Recommended load impedance is between 200 and 300Ω.
