The Elipson Planet L is a compact, spherical 2-way bass-reflex speaker featuring a coaxial driver design with a 165 mm mid/bass unit and a 25 mm fabric dome tweeter. It delivers a frequency response from 48 Hz to 20 kHz with a sensitivity of 90 dB and an impedance of 8 ohms, suitable for amplifiers rated between 30 to 80 watts. The speaker's rigid and heavy cabinet construction reduces internal vibrations, enhancing sound purity and bass definition. Its iconic spherical design minimizes internal resonance for a natural soundstage with smooth highs, full mids, and tight bass. The Planet L can be used in stereo, as a center speaker, or in 5.1/7.1 surround setups, and is compatible with wall or ceiling mounts (sold separately). It comes with a stylish table stand for flexible placement and is available in multiple finishes including Glossy White, Black, Red, Mercury Ice, Neptune Stone, and Saturn Dust. The speaker weighs 7 kg and measures 290 mm in diameter. It is recognized for its acoustic neutrality and award-winning performance.
