The Dynaudio S4-DVC65 is a premium in-ceiling dual voice-coil speaker designed for custom installation in spaces where traditional stereo speaker placement is impractical. It features two independent 28mm (1-inch) soft-dome tweeters and a 165mm (6.5-inch) MSP (Magnesium Silicate Polymer) woofer, allowing it to reproduce both left and right channels of a stereo signal from a single speaker unit. The tweeters are independently adjustable and angled at 18 degrees, enabling precise sound direction control. The entire speaker can be rotated 360 degrees within its frame for flexible positioning. A rear-panel switch allows operation in dipole mode for surround sound applications. The speaker features magnetically attached, paintable grilles available in round or square designs. It incorporates technology derived from Dynaudio's flagship Evidence Platinum loudspeaker and is part of the Studio Series, designed for easy installation and maximum flexibility in challenging listening environments.
