About the Emit 20

The Dynaudio Emit 20 is a current-generation, high-performance standmount speaker derived from Dynaudio's Evoke, Contour i, and Confidence series. It combines stellar detail and punch suitable for stereo setups in medium-sized rooms or as rear surround channels. Despite being positioned as an entry-level model, the Emit 20 incorporates advanced technologies found in Dynaudio's flagship ranges, including precision-engineered soft-dome tweeters, proprietary MSP (Magnesium Silicate Polymer) drivers, and lightweight aluminum voice coils. The speaker features a one-piece MSP cone design with an integrated dust-cap for superior control and detail across low and midrange frequencies. The Cerotar tweeter includes the Hexis inner-dome device to smooth frequency response and reduce unwanted resonance. The cabinet employs a bass-reflex design with a rear double-flared port. Available in Black Satin, White Satin, and Walnut finishes with included magnetic grilles.
