The Dynaudio Core 47 is a mid-size, three-way professional reference monitor featuring dedicated 7" woofer, 4" midrange, and 1" tweeter drivers. It is tri-amped with Pascal Class-D amplifiers delivering 500W for lows, 500W for midrange, and 150W for highs. The monitor supports analogue and AES3 digital inputs with no sample-rate conversion, maintaining up to 24-bit/192 kHz resolution. It offers a frequency response of 44 Hz to 27 kHz (+/-3 dB) and 37 Hz to 31 kHz (-6 dB), with crossover frequencies at 475 Hz and 5250 Hz. The Core 47 is DSP-optimized for various acoustic environments with selectable position and boundary filters, making it suitable for music studios, broadcast, post-production, and immersive audio setups. It provides a maximum SPL of 112 dB anechoic and 118 dB half-space at 1 meter. The enclosure uses a front-loaded bass reflex design, and the monitor weighs 15.1 kg with dimensions 390 x 240 x 355 mm. It includes digital outputs and a BNC word clock input for synchronization. The Core 47 is praised for its precise midrange clarity, tight integration of drivers, and impressive bass control close to its larger sibling, the Core 59.
