The Dynaudio Confidence C4 Platinum are premium floorstanding loudspeakers standing 1.73 meters tall, equipped with two 28 mm Esotar2 tweeters with precision coating, two 15 cm midrange drivers, and two 20 cm woofers, all made from Dynaudio's proprietary Magnesium Silicate Polymer (MSP) material. They feature ultra-lightweight aluminum voice coils with non-magnetic Kapton formers, high-quality internal wiring, and a sophisticated first-order 3-way crossover. The speakers utilize Dynaudio Directivity Control (DDC) technology, which minimizes sound reflections from floors and ceilings by up to 75%, reducing distortion and time delays to deliver a more direct and authentic listening experience less dependent on room acoustics. The vertical symmetrical driver array and carefully matched crossover components ensure phase coherence and frequency response alignment. The Confidence C4 Platinum delivers captivating sound with deep, controlled bass, smooth mids, and clear, detailed highs. They are finished in high-gloss piano lacquer or real wood veneers such as Mocca, Bordeaux, or Rosewood, all with clear piano lacquer. These speakers are discontinued but remain highly regarded for their sound quality and craftsmanship.
