The Definitive Technology SuperCube III is an ultra-compact powered subwoofer featuring a 7.5-inch SuperCube Technology woofer pressure coupled to two side-firing 7.5-inch Ultra Low Bass Radiators, providing bass performance equivalent to a 12-inch woofer but with greater speed and control. It is powered by a 650-watt RMS class D amplifier utilizing Definitive's proprietary PowerField technology for optimum load matching and power transfer, delivering high-definition bass down to 16 Hz. The subwoofer has a frequency response of 16-200 Hz and includes controls for low-pass crossover frequency (40-150 Hz), high-pass crossover frequency (80 Hz), and a phase switch. It supports preamp-level and speaker-level inputs and outputs but does not have wireless capability or room correction features. The enclosure is a passive radiator design finished in piano-gloss black lacquer with a non-removable black cloth grille. Dimensions are approximately 10-13/16 inches high, 10-3/16 inches wide, and 11-5/16 inches deep, weighing 25 lbs. Warranty coverage includes 5 years for speaker parts and labor, and 3 years for amplifier parts and labor.
