About the DSR3
The Decware DSR3 is the third generation of Silver Reference interconnect cables, spanning 25 years of development and the first version to include shielding. Ideal for line level and phono level applications, including turntables. Constructed with eight conductors of single-crystal OCC copper with pure silver plating, each with individual high-density silver shields that block noise. Features highly flexible non-resonant geometry with Teflon insulation, sliding weight for vibration damping, and 24K gold-plated solid copper RCA connectors with dynamic tension for center conductor and ground ring. The copper shielding braid is grounded to audio ground at one RCA and floating at the other, making the cable directional. Sound is described as warm, detailed with great focus. Available in versions with and without white heat shrink (DSR3S), as well as XLR (DSR3XLR) and Y-cable variants. 30-day home trial with 10% restocking fee.
