The Dayton Audio SUB-1000 active subwoofer speaker system features a powerful 100 watt RMS internal amplifier and a heavy duty, long-throw 10" woofer. It uses a downward-firing flared port design to reduce port noise and enhance bass response. The subwoofer includes selectable auto-on mode, phase switch, independent volume control, and a continuously variable 12 dB/octave low pass crossover frequency control from 40 Hz to 140 Hz. It accepts both RCA line level and speaker level inputs and outputs. The enclosure is finished in an unobtrusive textured black vinyl that complements any decor. It is ideal for small home theaters or listening rooms.
