About the DLS300 Powered Subwoofers
The Dayton Audio DLS300-632 Powered Subwoofers each include a single down-firing 10" long throw coated paper driver with foam surround and vented pole piece. They are bass reflex loaded with a flared front port inside a 3/4" MDF internally braced black ash vinyl veneer enclosure. The subwoofers use solid-state class-A/B amplifiers with gold-plated line-level and speaker-level inputs and outputs. Controls include a phase reversal switch, gain control, auto on/off with LED indicator, a variable controlled 12dB electronic low pass filter, and a 6dB high pass filter. The frequency response is 25-160Hz (±3dB), with a power output of 100 watts RMS into 8 ohms at 0.1% THD, and a signal to noise ratio of 90dB A-weighted. The crossover frequency control is continuously variable from 40-160Hz at 12dB/octave, and the 6dB high pass circuit is set at 125Hz at 8 ohms.
