The DALI Euphonia MS-4 is a 2½-way bass reflex floorstanding loudspeaker made in Denmark, designed for high-quality stereo and multi-channel audio systems. It features two 6.5-inch wood fiber cone woofers arranged in dual bass reflex chambers for precise and fast bass and midrange response. The speaker uses a proprietary hybrid tweeter module combining a 29mm soft textile dome tweeter and a 10x55mm ribbon super tweeter, providing extended frequency response and smooth dispersion. The crossover frequencies are set at 3,000 Hz and 15,000 Hz. The cabinet is heavily braced with resonance-dispersing construction and finished in maple or cherry Alpi veneer. It weighs 38 kg and measures 1020 mm height, 220 mm width, and 425 mm depth. The speaker has a nominal impedance of 4 ohms, sensitivity of 88 dB, and a frequency response from 33 Hz to 28 kHz. It is recommended to be driven by amplifiers rated between 50 and 350 watts at 8 ohms. The bass reflex ports are tuned to approximately 31.5 Hz, enabling deep bass extension. The MS-4 is praised for its smooth frequency response, controlled dispersion, and detailed transient reproduction, making it suitable for audiophile listening rooms of moderate size.
