About the Diamond

The Core Power Technologies Diamond is a high-end audio power cord using nine separate 16-gauge conductors made from 8N oxygen-free copper plated with 70 microns of extruded pure silver. The conductors are insulated with FEP Teflon and arranged in a custom weave intended to optimize inductance and capacitance. It is fitted with black carbon-fiber IEC power plugs and is available in multiple lengths, including versions with a 20-amp connector. The Diamond Xtreme is a separate model with a different conductor configuration.
