The Cocktail Audio X45PRO is a flagship multi-purpose music player designed for audiophiles, combining a DAC, CD ripper, network streamer, music recorder, and more. It is equipped with the ESS Sabre PRO ES9038PRO DAC chip supporting PCM up to 32Bit/768kHz and native DSD512, delivering an unprecedented dynamic range and ultra-low distortion. The device features a high-performance Quad Core ARM Cortex A9 processor at 1.0GHz, 1GB DDR memory, and 8GB NAND flash. It supports numerous audio formats including MQA, DSD (64/128/256/512), DXD (24bit/352.8kHz), and PCM (up to 768kHz). The X45PRO offers a 7-inch 1024x600 color TFT touchscreen, DAB/DAB+/FM radio tuner with RDS, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0 ports, and up to 8TB internal storage via SATA or SSD drives. Its chassis is made of CNC-machined glass-sanded aluminum with a military-grade frame and shielded toroidal transformer for noise reduction. It supports streaming services like TIDAL (including MQA), Deezer, Qobuz, Napster, and internet radio, with Roon Ready compatibility and remote control via apps and web interface. Analog outputs include balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA with dynamic range of 137dB and THD+N of 0.0003%. Additional features include USB Audio IN, trigger in/out, headphone output, MM phono stage, and recording of external analog and digital sources up to 24bit/192kHz.
