About the Bluemotion

The Clearaudio Bluemotion is a belt-driven acrylic-chassis turntable that is essentially the blue-finished version of Clearaudio's Emotion model, sharing its three-point chassis and outboard motor layout. It uses a separately housed AC synchronous motor driving a 28mm acrylic platter via belt, with speed selection for 33 1/3 and 45 rpm via manual belt change. It was typically sold as a package with Clearaudio's Satisfy tonearm and an Aurum moving-magnet cartridge, and is part of Clearaudio's midrange line aimed at high-value performance.
