The Clearaudio Avantgarde Magnum is a precision-engineered turntable designed for audiophile performance. It features a resonance-optimized shape and a belt drive system powered by a separately housed synchronous motor with finely adjustable speed. The platter is a 70 mm (2.8 inch) thick GS-PMMA acrylic, CNC-precision milled for optimal resonance control, weighing approximately 7 kg. The bearing is an inverted design made of polished and hardened steel with a polished bearing housing and sintered bronze components. The turntable supports 33 ⅓ and 45 rpm speeds, with an optional 78 rpm setting, and achieves a speed accuracy of ±0.1%. It has a signal-to-noise ratio of 84 dB and weighs approximately 24 kg. Dimensions are about 18.5 x 15.3 x 6.5 inches (470 x 390 x 165 mm). The Avantgarde Magnum is available in Transparent and Black versions and comes with a 5-year warranty.
