The Citronic PD-2s is a professional direct drive turntable designed for DJs and operators who require reliable and precise performance. It features a high torque direct drive motor with a starting torque greater than 1.6 kgf.cm, ensuring quick start-up and stable rotation. The turntable supports three speeds: 33, 45, and 78 rpm, selectable via dedicated buttons. It offers pitch control with selectable ranges of ±10% and ±20%, allowing for flexible beat matching and mixing. The PD-2s includes an electronic brake system for smooth stopping, a quartz lock LED for speed accuracy, and a remote start socket for external control. The tonearm is static balanced with adjustable counterweight and anti-skating control, enhancing tracking and sound quality. Additional features include a strobe light for speed verification, a target light for cueing, and a dust cover hinge. The unit weighs approximately 10.6 kg and has a robust build with an 8 or 12 pole, 3 phase motor. It comes with accessories such as a slip mat, 45-rpm adapter, counterweight, and phono leads.
