About the M200

The Circle Labs M200 is a high-end hybrid stereo power amplifier—not an integrated amplifier—with true dual-mono construction. It can also be configured as a fully balanced bridged monoblock; two units are required for a stereo pair in this mode. Voltage gain is handled by ECC88-family triodes (some production descriptions specify NOS Siemens E88CC triodes) coupled with Mundorf Supreme Silver/Gold/Oil capacitors, while the high-current solid-state output section uses Circle Labs’ proprietary Circle Power circuit and Sanken bipolar transistors. The power supply uses separate channel transformers with approximately 850 W total transformer capacity and 200,000 µF of reservoir capacitance. Current manufacturer listings indicate that the M200 remains an active product.
