The CH Precision L10 Dual Monaural Line Preamplifier sets a new benchmark in high-end line preamplifiers, building on the success of the L1 with refined signal paths, upgraded discrete components, and a completely re-engineered external power supply with enhanced regulation and increased capacity. It features fully discrete, balanced, and complementary circuitry with ultra-short signal paths and heavily regulated, multi-stage power supplies. The L10 offers selectable feedback topology (local or global) to match musical preferences and system requirements. It includes a sophisticated R-2R ladder volume control, DC detection and cancellation circuitry to prevent DC offset without blocking capacitors or servos, and a diamond input buffer for stable performance and temperature immunity. The unit is user-configurable, upgradable to a full four-chassis true monaural topology, and provides extensive operational features such as input impedance selection, input gain adjustment, mute, absolute phase polarity, mono mode, and network control for multi-room applications. The L10 delivers extremely low distortion (<0.0008% THD+N), a wide bandwidth of DC to 1MHz, and a very high signal-to-noise ratio of 141 dB, ensuring exceptional transparency, dynamic range, and musicality. It comes in a dual chassis design with one chassis housing audio electronics and the other the power supply, measuring 440 × 133 × 440 mm each and weighing approximately 94.8 lbs total. The L10 is priced at £111,400 for the four-box dual-mono configuration.
