About the Matrix

The Cerious Technologies Graphene Matrix series is a line of high-performance audio cables that uses hybrid conductors combining large-gauge OFC copper, Toray carbon fiber, and aqueous Graphene, processed under vacuum to fill microscopic voids and improve conductivity. Within the Matrix family there are digital interconnects (SPDIF RCA and AES/EBU XLR) and speaker cables, each engineered with conductor geometries, gauges, and damping materials optimized for their specific signal type and current demands. The Matrix conductors employ thick silver plating on high-purity copper, large bundles of Toray carbon fiber, and a fine-gauge "matrix" wire structure flooded with aqueous Graphene, then vacuum-treated to remove oxygen and fuse the materials into a single, low-time-smear conductor with reduced back-EMF and minimized "ghost" signals. This construction is intended to deliver greater clarity, low noise, and stable imaging compared to conventional cables, while remaining more affordable than Cerious's flagship Graphene Lumniscate line.
