The Cary Audio DMS-700 is a third-generation network audio player positioned as the core product in Cary Audio's DMS lineup. It features AKM AK4499EQ DACs for true balanced output, supports high-resolution PCM up to 768 kHz and DSD512 via USB, and includes streaming services like Roon Ready, TIDAL Connect, Spotify Connect, and Qobuz Connect. Key highlights include multisource playback without interruption, Pure Audio mode, Crytek Oscillator Clock, 7 independent regulated power supplies, and a high-resolution 1600x1200 LCD screen. It offers versatile digital inputs (USB x3, SD card, Bluetooth aptX HD, AES/EBU, Coaxial x2, Toslink, Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac MU-MIMO) and outputs (Coaxial, Toslink, Balanced XLR, Single-ended RCA). The device remains actively supported and manufactured as part of the current DMS family including DMS-650 and DMS-800PV.
