The Bybee Quantum Signal Enhancer (QSE) is a compact, attractive wood panel measuring 4 inches by 6 inches by 0.25 inches, with a felt-covered bottom. It is designed to improve the performance of audio and video components by affecting the polarity of electrons and protons within its magnetic field, making their oscillation more aligned. This alignment enhances the efficiency of electron transfer, resulting in a purer and more energetic signal. The QSE is effective in reducing noise and hash, even with heavily shielded cables, and can be placed under or over components, speaker wires, interconnects, and power cords. It is internally charged with a non-current flowing lithium battery, which is said to last for about 10 years.
