The Rack of Gibraltar 2 is a two-wide, three-high equipment rack with large shelves measuring 21½" by 17½", capable of accommodating almost any audio component except very large power amplifiers. It features widely spaced shelves to allow room for the Ultimate Isolation System, making equipment installation and cable connections easy. Constructed from 14-gauge rectangular-section welded steel tubing with ¾" MDF shelves supported around their entire perimeter and by spikes at the center and corners, it offers an official load-bearing capacity of 1000 lbs, with actual capacity closer to 3000 lbs. The rack is finished in textured, powder-coated dark granite, with an optional black granite finish available for an additional cost. Its dimensions are 46" W by 35" H by 19½" D. The rack provides exceptional stability, passing rigorous vibration tests, and significantly improves audio performance by enhancing soundstage depth, detail resolution, and dynamic transients when used with Bright Star's Ultimate Isolation System components. It is designed purely for function and quality rather than flashy aesthetics, making it a highly effective and elegant solution for housing an entire audio system.
