About the B3

The Brennan B3 is a compact CD-ripping jukebox, hard-disk music server, Internet-radio player, Bluetooth receiver, Sonos-compatible network player, and stereo integrated amplifier. It can rip standard audio CDs to its internal storage at up to 40× speed, automatically retrieving album metadata and artwork when connected to the Internet. Music can be played through passive wired loudspeakers, compatible Sonos speakers, Bluetooth-connected devices, or—using a USB DAC—external headphone or audio equipment. The B3 is controlled from its front panel, web interface, or Brennan Android/iPhone applications. The standard B3 is intended primarily as a self-contained speaker system; the B3+ variant adds 3.5 mm analogue and Toslink optical outputs and should not be confused with the standard B3.
