The Bowers & Wilkins HTM2D is a premium center channel speaker from the 800 Series Diamond line, introduced around 2006 and produced until approximately 2015. It partners with models like the 803D, 802D, 801D, and 800, ideal for space-constrained setups where larger centers like HTMD are not feasible. Featuring a phenomenal diamond dome tweeter, Kevlar cone FST midrange, and dual Rohacell cone bass drivers with twin rear-facing Flowports for superior dynamics and control. The Matrix cabinet design and magnetic shielding allow close placement to CRT TVs or projectors. It can be used on a custom shelf or FS-HTM floor stand with adjustable tilt (0, 4, or 8 degrees). Available finishes include Cherrywood, Rosenut, and Black Ash. This model is no longer manufactured, with used prices typically ranging from $1,500 to $4,000 as of recent listings.
