About the CDA-2HD High-Power Distribution

The Bowers & Wilkins CDA-2HD is a current high-power, two-channel custom-installation distribution amplifier. It uses Class D amplification and onboard DSP to support Bowers & Wilkins architectural loudspeakers and subwoofers, including product-specific optimization and Dynamic EQ for compatible Bowers & Wilkins subwoofers. It can operate as a stereo/two-zone amplifier or with its channels bridged for a higher-power mono installation. Configuration and monitoring are supported through Ethernet/network control; the platform also supports AVB operation when multiple compatible Bowers & Wilkins CDA amplifiers are connected through AVB-capable network hardware. Its compact half-rack-width, 2U chassis is intended for rack installation.
