About the Stat
The Bottlehead Stat is a custom-made, fully assembled tube electrostatic headphone amplifier/energizer designed for electrostatic headphones. It uses a zero global feedback, class A circuit with a single input, balance control, and level control. The amp supports both 580V Stax Pro Bias and 230V Stax Normal (legacy) bias headphones, and Bottlehead notes compatibility with electrostatic headphones from Stax, Koss, Hifiman, and Nectar Sound.
