The Black Diamond Racing The Source Platform is a high-performance isolation platform designed specifically for source components such as transports or turntables. It is also highly recommended for heavier components, particularly those over 20 lbs. The platform is made with BDR's proprietary carbon fiber composite technology, providing significant isolation and rigidity. This results in improved sound quality with enhanced pacing, detail, and depth. The Source is double the mass of the Stereophile Recommended BDR Shelf and is 1¼” thick, offering greater isolation and performance. Custom sizes are available upon request.
