The VK-600 is a stereo power amplifier from Balanced Audio Technology featuring 300 watts per channel into 8 ohms and a frequency response from 2Hz to 250kHz. It employs fully differential balanced circuitry from input to output with zero negative feedback, ensuring wide bandwidth and circuit linearity. The amplifier offers true dual-mono performance within a single chassis by incorporating separate power cords, transformers, and circuit boards for each channel. It supports balanced XLR inputs only, requiring RCA-to-XLR adapters for unbalanced sources. The VK-600 can be upgraded with BAT PAK and SUPER PAK power supply enhancements, which add large capacitor banks for increased energy storage, resulting in the SE (Special Edition) version with improved liquidity and ease in music playback. The monoblock VK-600M version combines the two stereo channels in parallel (not bridged) to increase drive capability and power output, rated at 300W into 8 ohms and 600W into 4 ohms.
