The Balanced Audio Technology VK-3500 is a premium hybrid integrated amplifier that merges the warmth and finesse of BAT's 6H30 SuperTube preamplifier with a robust Class A/B solid-state power amplifier delivering 150 watts per channel into 8-ohm loads (doubling to 300 watts into 4-ohm). It is designed with uncompromising quality, employing a symmetrical bipolar output stage and second-generation silver/gold oil capacitors in the preamp section to ensure organic, natural musical reproduction without ringing artifacts. The VK-3500 features a minimalist analogue design with two balanced XLR and three single-ended RCA inputs, a balanced preamp output for second zone use, and a built-in phono module supporting both moving-magnet and low-output moving-coil cartridges. Its industrial design echoes BAT's flagship REX 3 system, and it includes a programmable user interface with a machined aluminum remote control for easy source switching, volume control, and polarity adjustments.
