About the M1

The Børresen Acoustics M1 is a flagship two-way standmount/monitor loudspeaker designed as an uncompromised high-end model with Børresen, Ansuz, and Aavik technologies integrated into its construction. It uses a patented iron-free magnetic motor system, a closed ribbon tweeter, a highly stiff spread-tow carbon-fiber membrane, serial crossover topology, active Tesla coil and analog dither technology, and built-in resonance-control decouplers for improved mechanical grounding and noise reduction. Reported retail pricing is $100,000 per pair, and it has been described as one of Børresen’s most ambitious loudspeakers.
